FLEET CHECKOUT OUT HELPER APP - PROJECT

This artifact was from the Project Management course

and the assignment to design a phone app to accomplish a task. Fortunately there was a project on my backburner that needed a little attention to ease one particular workflow concern for our field news crews that operate station vehicles. From Dry erase mess to digital elegence and simplicity I wanted to update and eliminate the vehicle check out process that normally was done with a dry erase marker and a laminated sheet. The vehicle user than has to take a photo of the sheet and email it to the fleet manager.  One day I said I can do better and designed the layout of and app that is now being prototyped by the IT staff of my company. You use the app to select drop down menus and email the fleet a more easy to read document and take away the failure points of losing the pen, or the sheet, or failure to make the cell phone share the pic.
